Our seeds are bred, produced, and packed for professional growers only. Purchasing this pack (and our seeds generally) confirms your prior knowledge of our products and varieties.

YOU MUST READ CAREFULLY OUR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BELOW.

Buying, opening, or unsealing this pack means your acceptance of these terms; otherwise you must return the pack unopened.
Since crops are subject to many variables and conditions beyond our control, our liability in all cases is limited solely to the value of the seeds contained in this pack and, at most, the selling price of the seeds as stated on the sales invoice. Our company, its agents, representatives, distributors, and employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from or arising out of the use of these seeds.
In case of any conflict between the Arabic and English texts, the English text shall prevail.

وبما ان المحاصيل تتأثر بعوامل ومتغيرات عديدة خارجة عن سيطرتنا، فان مسؤوليتنا في جميع الاحوال تقتصر فقط على قيمة البذور الموجودة في هذه العبوة وبحد اقصى سعر بيع البذور كما هو مذكور في فاتورة البيع. ولا تتحمل الشركة، او وكلاؤها، او ممثلوها او موزعوه  موظفوها اي مسؤولية عن اي خسارة او ضرر او فقدان ارباح ناتج عن او مرتبط باستخدام هذه البذور و في حال وجود اي تعارض بين النص العربي والنص الانجليزي، يعتمد بالنص الانجليزي
